What Your Child Will Learn
Across the 3 days, we focus on how vocabulary works, not just memorising lists:
Decoding unfamiliar words in context (a key 11+ skill)
Understanding roots, prefixes & suffixes to unlock meaning
Recognising word patterns to make accurate guesses under pressure
Identifying and learning core, high-frequency exam vocabulary
Exposure to classic and “older-style” vocabulary found in poetry and traditional texts

We go beyond simple definitions. Your child will learn how vocabulary is tested in real exams, including:
Multiple-choice vocabulary questions (synonyms, antonyms, nuance)

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
Refund Policy
A 24-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of booking.
After this period, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date.
Attendance
This is a short, intensive course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded.
Delivery
Sessions are delivered online or face-to-face (CR2) depending on your booking.
For online sessions, a Zoom link (or relevant platform link) will be sent prior to the course.
Behaviour Expectations
Students are expected to attend sessions ready to learn and participate respectfully.
For online sessions, cameras must be on to support engagement and effective teaching.
Course Changes
In the unlikely event that a session needs to be rescheduled, a suitable alternative will be provided.
