Full payment is required to secure your child’s place on the programme.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
❌ Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you are unable to attend, your place cannot be transferred to another course or date.
🔁 Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by us, a refund for that session will be issued or the session will be rescheduled, depending on what is most feasible.
💻 Online Sessions (Zoom)
It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure:
A stable internet connection
Access to Zoom prior to the session
Students are expected to:
Have cameras switched on
Remain present and engaged throughout the session
No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions due to technical issues on the client’s side.

English face-to-face sessions are subject to availability.

Parents are responsible for punctual drop-off and collection.

Sessions begin promptly. Late arrival may result in missed instruction.
